Plugins: complexity

How about a var $complexity so users can get a quick idea of if this one is easy to play with or not?

Simple checklist type of thing that adds up a $complexity or something like that. For each aspect of settings you get 1. If it makes a widget you get 1. (So a widget maker with settings would get 2 just for the widget.) If it has a tools tab page you get 1. If you have to upload a file other than the plugin you get 1 (for each file or folder). If you have to engage an outside website you get 2!
I'm typing while thinking, but I think it might help. The higher the score the more complicated the plugin appears (but might not be internally), so a user would know they're in for a bit of a time actually using it.

Look at twitter now:
  • plugin settings
  • creates widget
  • widget settings
  • blog settings
  • user settings +1
  • tools tab page +1
  • upload extra file(s)/folders(s)
  • outside website +2
That makes twitter v0.1 be a "4" on the complexity scale

And future twitter:
  • plugin settings +1
  • creates widget
  • widget settings
  • blog settings +1
  • user settings +1
  • tools tab page +1
  • upload extra file(s)/folders(s)
  • outside website +2
So next gen becomes a "6", which tells people they've more to do than before. Doesn't say what, but it also says something about this plugin relative to a plugin that gets a 1 or a 2 eh?

Just a thought...
